Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Most shipments will be processed by our own company, to ensure orders are delivered on time and without any damage.

 

Prices are fixed and do not take into account the weight / size of the order.

For orders outside our delivery area to cover all of Central Java, we use third party couriers such as JNE or Ninja Express and others.

​

No fresh/frozen products are sent via third party couriers because we cannot guarantee the product will arrive ready to use (fresh or frozen).

​

Java Grown Market is not responsible for any damage caused during delivery by third party couriers.


Shipping prices on the website are subject to change without prior warning, based on operating costs and third party couriers.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because we only offer fresh and high-quality products, we have 100% confidence in the services and products we offer.

 

All of our products are inspected for damage prior to shipping.

Any product that is not made by Java Grow Market, will be thoroughly inspected when delivered to us by our suppliers, to maintain the quality of the products provided by Java Grow Market.

As a result, Java Grown Market does not accept refunds for any food, hygiene or personal hygiene products.

​

Products from the "Office & School" category, can be returned for a refund, provided they are still in their original unopened packaging.

​

Request for return of any product from the "Office & School" category must be made within 14 days after the order is sent by email at info@javagrown.net.

​

The refund process may take up to 14 working days (excluding weekends) from the date the returned product is received by Java Grown Market.

​

All refunds will be made back into the buyer's bank account (no cash refunds to process).

​

Java Grown Market has the right to change or modify the terms and conditions as deemed appropriate, and refuse returns if the customer violates the terms and conditions.
